Jane is passionate about redefining what’s possible for women in sport. Her mission is to show that becoming a mother does not mean stepping away from your goals, it can be part of the journey. She plans to return to the national stage just two months postpartum, continuing to compete at the highest level without having taken time off during her pregnancy.
Her story is one of resilience, discipline, and a commitment to both her craft and her message: you don’t have to choose between motherhood and your athletic dreams

Throughout her pregnancy, Jane has continued to teach classes daily while navigating the physical demands of training, competition, and the realities of hormonal and physical changes. With the support of Dr. Lauren and Dr. Lali at Rituals Chiropractic & Wellness, she has been able to maintain performance, recovery, and consistency at an elite level.
